Policies of Handling of Personal Information
For the purpose of the provision of basic services such as SONON application will contain user registration, password retrieval, etc., HEALCERION is collecting the following personal information categorized by patient information for the efficient management of user information and diagnosis information:
Collected Personal Information
SONON X Basic does not provide any user information to external third parties, including Healcerion.
All information, including the email address and password entered by the user while creating an account, is encrypted and stored in a safe place with limited access inside the device currently in use.
This information is used only inside the app to prevent unauthorized use by others, and is immediately removed when the app is uninstalled or withdrawal.
User's Data Sharing
SONON X has a function to backup or restore the acquired data, patient information, etc.
When backing up, the data is encrypted to prevent unauthorized use by third parties.
When uploading acquired data to the PACS, the server information and network trust are checked.
When saving locally or sharing via external apps, sensitive information such as patient information is excluded.
Backup, share, and upload data does not pass through Healcerion's servers and is provided to you or a third party at your option.
Removal and Deletion of Information
You can remove your information through the withdrawal feature within the SONON X app.
All data stored within the app on the current device will be deleted immediately.
If you delete the app, all related data will also be deleted.
This policy is effective as of April 1, 2023.
