For the purpose of the provision of basic services such as SONON application will contain user registration, password retrieval, etc., HEALCERION is collecting the following personal information categorized by patient information for the efficient management of user information and diagnosis information:
Collected Personal Information
The range of personal information collected for registration of application users: E-mail, Encrypted Password, Name, Phone Number, Organization, Occupation and Country
The range of patient information for management of diagnosis data: name, ID, gender, date of birth
The range of application usage information: frequency of use of application features, application settings and error information
The range of the SONON device information in use: model, serial number, scan count, operating status and location in use
We do not ask for any unnecessary personal information such as race, place of birth, political inclination, criminal record, health condition, etc..
Purpose of Collection and Utilization of Personal Information
In Relation to Registration and Management of SONON device Application Users
Personal information may be collected for the purpose of identifying the SONON device application user, confirmation of user qualification, prevention of illegal usage of service, and password retrieval service
In Relation to Registration and Management of Patient Information Regarding Ultrasonic Image Information Obtained by the SONON device
Personal Information may be collected for the purpose of discerning target patient or diagnosed person of corresponding ultrasonic image information and establishing reference data for future treatment.
In Relation to Application Usage Information and the SONON Device Information Obtained while the App is Being Used
Application usage information and the SONON device information in use may be collected for the purpose of improving the functionality and usability of the app and improving customer support.
Entered information shall not be collected and utilized for any other purpose such as marketing and provision of product information, etc..
The company, however, may contact users with service-related notifications, troubleshooting, etc..
Duration of Retention and Utilization of Collected Personal Information
The duration of retention and utilization of personal information and the SONON device information in use is until the point of removal of the user account.
The collected personal information and the SONON device information in use is deleted when the user account is deleted due to long-term unused or user request.
The duration of retention and utilization of patient information is until the point of removal of the SONON device application.
The collected patient information is saved on the mobile device through the SONON device application and deleted simultaneously with the removal of the SONON device application.
The duration of retention and utilization of app usage information is set within one year according to the data retention policy.
This policy is effective as of June 1, 2020.
